This ultimately depends on the quality of your incoming water, but as a general rule we recommend replacing the filters every 12 months to keep your water at its cleanest and your system running at its best.

We try to install them in an accessible location, but still out of the way. Locations like the side of the house or in the garden. Although the filter housing is UV rated, a cover is recommended to protect your system and there are various colours to choose from. We offer free consultations and can discuss the locations further with you, based on your home and individual needs.

The short answer is yes, however, it does depend on if we can access and isolate the water feed into your property. In cases like this, an under sink option for filtered drinking water would be a good compromise. 

Our installation has a 6 year warranty  backed by a Certificate of Compliance lodged with the Building Plumbing Commission.
